Orders are dispatched within mainland UK, but if you reside in an offshore location or want to place an overseas order, kindly reach out to me via email at info@lalumierestudio.co.uk.

A standard delivery fee of £6.95 applies to lampshades up to and including size large. Extra large lampshades require a specialist delivery service due to their size, with a charge of £9.95. Alternatively, you can collect your order from my studio in Kent. Please get in touch for further details.

My standard lead time is three weeks, but I strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you require urgent delivery or an exact timeframe, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I'll do my best to assist you.
